Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
IceMonster ("we," "us," or "our") warrants to the original purchaser ("you" or "your") that all products purchased from the https://icemonster.com/ website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of any product deemed defective due to materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This includes the main product and all components included in the original packaging.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)
This Limited Warranty excludes the following:
Normal Wear and Tear: Deterioration expected from normal use.
Damage from Misuse, Abuse, or Neglect: This includes physical damage (drops, impacts, liquid spills), improper installation, operation outside specified environmental conditions, or failure to follow product instructions.
Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Service by anyone not authorized by IceMonster.
Consumable Parts: Parts designed to diminish over time under normal use (e.g., filters, fuses, batteries unless failure occurs due to a manufacturing defect).
Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage that does not impair the core functionality of the product.
Acts Beyond Our Control: Damage from power surges, natural disasters, fire, or other external causes.
Products Purchased from Unauthorized Sellers: This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from the official iCeMonster.com website.
Software: Any software provided with the product is covered by its own license agreement.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To obtain warranty service:
Contact Support: Within the warranty period, contact our iCeMonster Support via hello@icemonster.com to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
Provide Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (original order confirmation or invoice from iCeMonster.com) clearly showing the product name and date of purchase.
RMA Number: All returns require an issued RMA number. Products returned without an RMA will be refused.
Evaluation: Our technicians will inspect the product to confirm the defect is covered under this warranty.
If the claim is approved, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality. Replaced parts or products become the property of iCeMonster.
5. Limitation of Liability
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ICEMONSTER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ICEMONSTER'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ICEMONSTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or by jurisdiction.
